BIMQG  Meeting Calendar 2025

BIMQG Meetings are held on the second Sunday of each month, except May which is on the third Sunday because of Mother’s Day.  The Business meeting starts at 1pm and lasts for about an hour.  After that, we encourage people to stay and sew with each other (bring your machine and a project, or some hand-sewing).

Guests are welcome to BIMQG meetings.  
We request that guests RSVP to [email protected] so we can properly welcome them. 

Here are the dates/locations for our 2025 Sunday meetings:

January 12, 2025 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 1:00-5:00
February 9 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 
March 9 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall- STARTING AT 1:30- not the normal 1:00pm time.
April 13 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall (This meeting might be cancelled because of BIMQG retreat)
May 18 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall  (3rd Sunday)
June 8 at Driftwood Key Clubhouse (Hansville)
July 13 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 
August 10 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 
September 14 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall (starting at 2pm instead of 1pm) 
October 12 at Bainbridge Public Library 10am-4pm Sew-in day
November 9 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 
December 14 at St. Barnabas Parish Hall 

St. Barnabas is located at 1187 Wyatt Way, Bainbridge Island. We will meet in the parish hall which is around the back and to the left of the church.  Meetings at St. Barnabas start at 1 pm.

Bainbridge Public Library is located at 1270 Madison Ave., Bainbridge Island.

Any changes will be noted on the BIMQG Facebook page the week before the meeting or as soon as we know of a cancellation due to inclement weather.
