BAINBRIDGE QUILT FESTIVAL 2024

We are only accepting 210 quilts this year, so please enter early.

QUILT DROPOFF DAY:  FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2024
QUILT PICK-UP (DAY OF FESTIVAL):  SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 14, 2024 after 4:30 PM

There are multiple steps to register for the Bainbridge Quilt Festival.  Please read and follow the instructions below. 

Please review the 2024 Quilt Festival Guidelines before completing the quilt entry form.
  • Maximum size of quilts is 90"x90"
  • No signage is allowed on quilts other than the the Bainbridge Quilt Festival paper label and the quilter's label, unless prior approval is given.

To enter your quilt(s):
  1. DECIDE if you will be able to volunteer 2 hours so that you can pay the decreased registration cost. The cost to register 4 or fewer quilts is $10 ($11 Paypal) with 2 volunteer hours or $20 ($22 Paypal) without volunteering.  You may have someone volunteer for you.
  2. SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER   If you are planning to pay the half registration fee ($10/$11), you must go to our Volunteer Sign-up Genius form to volunteer or have a colleague/friend sign up on your behalf. for 2 hours.  On the quilt registration form, you will be asked to tell us your volunteer time slot OR indicate you are paying the higher registration fee. 
  3. COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE QUILT ENTRY FORM.  Up to 4 quilts can be entered on one form.  Once you click "SUBMIT" at the end of the form, you will receive a copy of your responses.  If you would like to submit more than 4 quilts, you'll need to complete the form twice and pay two registration fees.   4. PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE separately.  Once you have submitted the quilt entry form AND paid your registration fee you are fully registered!  Congratulations!
